Format: Pod Ancients Format

Tournament Structure: Matched Pair Swiss. One round per 48 hours,5 or 6 rounds depending on participants. Cut to an 8-player single elimination Swiss bracket playoff. Ties for the cut broken by a play in.

Bonus circuit points are awarded for competing and winning with Ugly Warlords.

Pod Ancients is a variant on the player created and maintained ‘limited’ Open format Ancients that seeks to keep things fresh and healthy while as wide open as possible. Pod Ancients modifies the default Ancients Reserved, Restricted and Banned lists and adds Pods, groups of cards that cannot be put into the same deck. For details, see:
